10 Recipes Guide

Since I made an overly-detailed 5 Recipes thing, let's make that again except longer! The current world record holder, brambell, used this recipe order:

Candy Apples 
Korean Barbecue
Baumkuchen
Pickles
Serrano Ham with Melon
Matcha Green Tea
Vegetable Terrine
Parfait
Instant Ramen
Fried Egg on Toast

Once again, if you're already in the Cooking Mama game, press the HOME button and exit out of the game. Hit the "Cook With Mama" button located in the top-left hand corner of the screen, then confirm it by pressing the button on the centre of the screen. Having all items unlocked gives better and more consistent load times.

Since all five recipes from 5 Recipes are here, I'll just copy and paste it from there onto here, and jam the rest of the tips in the middle. Also I changed the order of each of them because the switching back and forth might be losing time.

Candy Apples is the second recipe on the first row of the first page.

1. Candy Apples: Circle the stem, then hit the chopstick as soon as it shows up three times to get a fail. Spamming here causes you to drop and pick up the stick so don't do that. With making the candy apple, turn the heat all the way up and let the syrup burn. Then just store the apples in the fridge.

Pickles is the top right corner of the same page.

2. Pickles: Make medium-sized (like the size of the middle of the bowl) circles to somewhat consistently get all the rubbing points. Stick them in the fridge and hope for good RNG on both, since stupid fridge patterns and pickle speeds/sizes are possible. Spam all the seasonings (5 or 6 for each usually does it) and it will fail that step. Fill the jars as fast as you can. Spilling loses time, so being safe is definitely an option. 

Korean Barbecue is the first recipe located on the second row.

3. Korean Barbecue: Cut the meat as fast as you can, purposefully missing the plate if you need to. Dragging it barely loses anything and is faster than just waiting for the plate. It's also pretty easy. Tap the top of the indicated arrow (the little circle part). It cuts the vegetable at the lowest point, which drops the piece to the ground. Basically, fail this step. The final step is fun: drag anything onto the grill, and serve it as soon as it is requested. They didn't want it? Who cares, it's a speedrun.

Baumkuchen is right under Candy Apples, AKA second recipe on the bottom row of the same page.

4. Baumkuchen:
Here's a consistent way to break eggs in one hit: (https://youtu.be/tbEKU3Vjzhk). Spam the icon to add too many of the ingredint to fail that step. Do the mixing step normally, then pour one line of batter and let it burn. Cut closest to the corner of the baumkuchen as possible until all the lines are gone.

Hit the heart arrow. On the next page, it's the third one on the first row.

5. Serrano Ham and Melon: Play all these minigames like you would casually until Kitchen Catch. Miss three ham to fail the minigame.

Tap the heart arrow. On the next page, it's the top right recipe that looks like what lettuce would be in Minecraft.

6. Vegetable Terrine: Cut all the veggie tables normally, then boil over the pot of water. Choose the incorrect food three times to fail that minigame, then drop the wrong veggie in three times. Somehow it goes through the pot.

Matcha Green Tea is also the top right recipe, just on the next page. 

7. Matcha Green Tea: This is the fastest recipe in the game due to how fast it is to fail both minigames, while Parfait (the second fastest) is faster to complete by completing the step successfully. Just lift the powder onto the table and froth the side of the bowl to (somehow) throw it off the screen.

8. Instant Ramen: I genuinely think this has nothing different in. You just do the recipe normally. The last one you just don't put anything on the plate.

Incidentally, the next recipe is right under the one you just did.

9. Fried Egg on Toast: Unfortunately, catching the toast is extremely inconsistent, especially when it becomes faster. Just try your best to catch them without making them spin out. For the egg, just don't follow the first direction and you lose instantly.

Tap the heart arrow to find the Parfait recipe. It's the second recipe on the first row.

10. Parfait: Just tap the correct food items when they pop up.

Congrats, you finished a 10 Recipe run! Have fun doing that, I guess.

5 recipe route

1. Candy Apples this only has 3 steps and it's very easy to do EDIT: On the second step be sure to turn the stove to red and rotate the apple till the meter reach's the top

2.Pickles when you get to putting the pickles in the jar stack them till they reach the top and on final step make sure to pour the right amount you lose a bit of time if you get it wrong

3.Korean Barbeque when you're slicing the meat slice it and drag it on to the plate waiting for the plate to to come will lose time when you're cutting vegetable's slice as fast as possible when you're on the final step wait for it the food to cook and drag it onto the plate pretty easy

4.Baumkuchen On the first step drag the egg to the bowl at a fast speed but not to fast then drag the egg over the bowl second step when you get that step keep on clicking on the sugar till it over fills when you're baking the Baumkuchen pour it wait for it to cook then pour another layer

5.Vegtable Terrine Cut the Vegetable's as fast as possible when you're boiling turn it up to red and wait for it to overfill when you're putting in ingredients in the bowl put the wrong one in 3 times to fail and get it done when you're making the terrine put the wrong vegetable in the wrong spot 3 times to finish

Updated 5 Recipes Guide

Since the record now has a different strategy than the guide states, here is a new one.

If you're already in the Cooking Mama game, press the HOME button and exit out of the game. Time starts when you press "Start" after the curtains go up, and you don't need a new save for this. Hit the "Cook With Mama" button located in the top-left hand corner of the screen, then confirm it by pressing the button on the centre of the screen.

This isn't required, but for significant time save you should play on a file that has all items unlocked. This gets rid of the heart filler that, when filled, brings you to a time-wasting scratch off game that gives you an item.

Now, obviously we are looking to do the fastest recipes to have a faster time. Oneeko's (the record holder of this category as of this guide's release date) recipe order are as followed: Candy Apples (located on the first screen), Matcha Green Tea (located on the fourth screen), Parfait (located on the sixth screen), Serrano Ham and Melon (located on the second screen) , and Fried Egg on Toast (located on the fifth screen). This is the current fastest route due to its small amount of screen movement, however the order it is done in the world record loses time.

The order that the recipes should be done are as followed: Candy Apples, Serrano Ham and Melon, Matcha Green Tea, Fried Egg on Toast, then Parfait.
