Sorry, I don't like the run any% :p I prefer the Scientific victory and the "All victory", try this ! :D

I'm going to try all victory next. However I'm not sure if using the DLC makes it easier or harder.

Thank you! I can't believe nobody else though about choosing science before building the city. Oh well WR! :D

For all victory, I think it's better to don't use dlc. Because you have the world Congress with Brave new world and you lost many time with that.

Be careful, with the all victory you must to make science victory at first!
