Is there a place to submit runs in assist mode? I’m not good enough to run the game in normal so could I in assist mode?

Is assist mode 100% a separate category or is it the same? Sorry I’m new to speedrun.com all there category’s and things confuse me
If you go to the assist mode category in category extensions, you'll see a dropdown for the different assist mode categories, 100% is in there.
