These rules have been added to prevent various verification troubles.

• As of May 30, 2025, submitting edited footage by any means, for example, editing a timer onto the footage (non PC submissions), or editing out parts of the run will result in immediate rejection, unless unedited footage is provided in the submission or description to the run. The only exception is categories like 100%, or runs that go over Youtube's 12 hour video limit, where the submission requires 2 separate videos. Editing out footage before the main menu/prior run, or after your run is finished is allowed, as it does not interfere with verification.
• All runs must show the run before, or the main menu showing character data/save data being reset prior to the run.
• IGT (In-Game Time) is unable to be used on console runs with the way it's supposed to be used. Any console run that has IGT will have their IGT set to match their RTA.
