Post reset basically means that you respawn your car before completing the level.

Conserved momentum means you start the level with the speed you had when you ended the previous one.

Post reset is preferred as it gives an accurate spot to start the run.

Hello people, I am trying my best to get as many runs verified as possible. Please understand that it may take awile as we do need breaks.

I feel like preserved momentum is just a speedrun strat and not something that deserves a category on its own. The game already has many categories so maybe itd be better to leave it as any%

This just sounds like a difference between full game and ILs, so I agree with @Kkntucara
