Hi, at some points during gameplay the game will slow down to a complete stop while Atomika explains how some features work. I think it only happens the first time you come accross an event and the first time you come accross an unlocked car you need to takedown. All the runs I've seen don't have that, though. Is there a way to disable those tutorials?

yes, under "Game Options" theres a setting to turn off tips
