I was thinking about a category a while back about how this category might become a thing, but it seems a bit too crazy and I’d like your opinion on it.
Objective: Speak to all 413 NPCs in the game. This includes all characters that have a name tag that shows up after you talk with them for the first time.
Timing: Starts on first frame of movement and ends when you press a to talk with the last NPC.
Here’s the list: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1ipNEm_-TV3kjvhvagctGLoVBC-3ueLgcibm4s0dloak/htmlview# Pictures: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/7pdf5p9sfi5r9zy/AADcb0e4X_3ZwUeY6qzlSoSqa?dl=0
sounds interesting, although it sounds like it could be really annoying at times. Not saying its a bad idea, but still
The thing is is that it won’t be that hard to check because the splits could be marked with the number of NPC and you would be able to tell if you’d already talked to that NPC before.
I have to say that the routing in this category would be the most difficult challenge because you need to route in characters that move and characters that you can only talk to because of a quest. But even then it won’t be that difficult because you could always just make a campfire and wait till their spawning points (I’ll find a spreadsheet for that), especially the wandering travelers. But they’re just like the dragons, right? I might do the routing if no one’s up for it.
Plus you’d also have to complete the Hylian Homeowner quest, since there are characters that appear there once you complete it. And you might have to complete some Devine Beasts, although I’m not sure on. The last thing is that you need to free all great fairies including the horse god.
If you want people to run a category, I suggest running it yourself No offense, but you have suggested tons of categories and nobody has run any of them
