Guide for the game (Sets 1-3)

In Boost Buddies, the game requires you to spam your phone in order to make some tight cycles, and in this guide, I will tell you how to get the fastest time for each level.

Level 1: Wait for the saws to clear a gap, then spam as fast as you can.

Level 2: Spam quickly, but not too quickly, since you're going to get hit by the first tiny saw.  After the tiny saw goes out of your path, spam as fast as you can to the finish.

Level 3: Nothing much to say here, just spam to the finish.

Level 4: Spam until you reach the top of the cycling spikes, wait for the crushers to crush and clear, then spam to the finish.

Level 5: This level you should take slow, spam to the top of the first swinging hammers, wait for the next level of hammers to do its thing, and repeat until you clear the third level of hammers.  Then you should spam to the finish.

Level 6: This level is kind of tricky, you should go in between the two moving spike walls, but keep it relatively low so you can do two quick taps to avoid the laser but not hit the spiked ceiling.  After the spike wall makes a gap big enough for you to go through, spam to the finish.  There is a strategy where if you wait just long enough, (but not too long!) you can spam your way to the finish line like that, but your spamming has to be insanely fast and the cycle is super hard so I don't recommend it unless you're going for the world record.

Level 7: Pretty easy level, the breakable walls take three hits to break, so wait for the moving spike square to move, then spam enough to break it.  Then wait for the next spike square to move and break the next block, but don't jump through right away since there's a big spike block on the other side.  Wait for it to clear a path, then wait for the final spike square to move and spam to the finish.

Level 8: You can just spam to the finish here.

Level 9: Wait for the enemies to make a gap, then carefully maneuver/spam your way up to the finish.  There is an RNG factor in this level where if the saws are spinning clockwise, you can spam through the first stage of the level, but you have to wait a bit on the next before spamming to the finish because of the enemies blocking your way.  I don't recommend trying this unless you want to basically throw away your run at the end of a Set 1 attempt.

Level 10: You can spam immediately to the third row of flames, but wait for the fourth row to go out before spamming to the finish.

Level 11: Just ride on the conveyor belts, while jumping over the fireballs.  You can go fast enough to skip a flame cycle, but I don't know how to explain it in writing so just watch my Set 2 run for reference: https://youtu.be/Z2uhntHp9sM?t=8s

Level 12: Tap your way to the right of the screen, the fans will blow you there.  Once you're close enough to the right side, spam as fast as you can to the finish, you can ignore the middle section of the level.

Level 13: Just go through the gap in the circling saws (which is the transparent saw) and pick up the three keys, then go carefully to the finish line.  There is a faster strategy where you go through one of the small gaps, but I don't know how to explain it so again watch my Set 2 run for reference: https://youtu.be/Z2uhntHp9sM?t=24s

Level 14: Spam as much as you can to get past the saw cannons, then wait for the enemies to clear a gap for you and spam to the finish.

Level 15: Maneuver around through the ghosts, as long as there's a gap you can go through it here, and when the ghosts that end up at the fourth pink blocks (pink blocks are at the sides of the level) pass each other, spam to the finish.  Once you practice this level, you'll know which ghosts I'm talking about without even looking at the sides.

Level 16: Spam to the middle laser, then wait for the other lasers to go out before going to the key.  Fall back down to the middle laser and jump once to avoid the lasers again.  Fall to the next key and tap quickly (not spam, since you'll die if you do) to the finish.

Level 17: Wait for the first bouncing saw to pass you, then start jumping carefully to the top.  You have to wait for the second and third bouncing saws to pass you before spamming to clear the next three saws.  Wait for the last two saws to clear a gap for you and spam to the end.

Level 18: Start jumping right away, so the fan can blow you to the right, and you should hit the ceiling a few times to be able to land on the platform to avoid the flame.  When the flame goes out, start jumping again to get the fan to blow you.  Wait for the next flame to go out, then spam to the ceiling there to avoid blowing into the flame after that.  When the flame does go out, stop spamming and jump normally to get this fan to blow you to the left.  When you reach the second flame in the middle part of the level, land on the ground to avoid getting hit by the flame.  When it goes out, you should be able to go to the finish line with regular taps, but you should make sure that the fan is blowing you enough for you to go up through the gaps.

Level 19: Wait for the saw that's not quite on the screen in the beginning to pass by so you don't get sniped, then start spamming to break the block and go to the next breakable block.  Don't break it yet, since some saws ahead of you pass by the middle and could have potentially killed you if you didn't wait.  When they do go through the middle, start spamming to the finish line, and be fast enough so you don't get killed by the saws below you.

Level 20: Jump a few times, wait for some bullets to pass by you, then spam as fast as you can to the end. 

Level 21: Spam as fast as you can to go to the middle laser, then start avoiding the lasers as they come.  I personally spam at the ceiling to avoid the risk of mistiming a tap, but it's a bit slower since you don't always get the fan blowing you to the warp portal.  When you go through the warp portal, just go through the next part regularly.  When you pass the part with the stationary saws, go through the warp portal and you should be able to spam to the finish, if you can't then wait for the moving saws to clear a gap for you and then spam.  (I don't think you'll ever have to wait unless you're too slow though.)

Level 22: Jump regularly to get the fan to blow you to the right, but be careful of the cycling saws.  Then, wait a bit before going through the platform to the middle, since you want to be able to go to the right of the saw you barely avoided.  Jump normally to get the fan to blow you to the left, barely avoid the saw you avoided a few seconds ago, and go through the platform to the last part of the level.  Now, get the fans to blow you to the middle and go to the finish line.  If you're too slow, then the big saw can kill you so don't waste your time.

Level 23: You could spam your way to the end, but a much more consistent strategy to spam in increments of three taps, with a bit of a pause in the middle of each time you spam.  When you pass get to the part with only one saw on the line, spam to the finish.

Level 24: This level is really painful to play.  Tap three times to go in between the two bullets the cannons shoot, then tap three times again to go in between another two bullets.  Get the key, tap every time you get about 0.5s away from a bullet under you, then grab the key near the starting platform.  When you get the key, repeat what you did at the start, except spam to the finish once you pass the second pair of bullets you dodge on your ascent back up.

Level 25: This level is also really painful.  When the gigantic saw on the right bounces to the left, wait for it to clear a gap for you before going up.  You should go to just below the next pair of giant saws, making sure that you're jumping over the saws before you, and when an opening comes up, you should rush through those saws.  Then, when you're just below the third pair of saws, jumping over the saws below you, wait for another opening and spam to the finish.

Level 26: Spam to almost the top of the electric wires, wait for the hammer to swing by, and jump past the hammer.  Spam past the first laser, then wait for the lasers to fire before going above the second laser.  After the lasers fire a third time, you can spam to the finish line.

Level 27: Probably the worst level in Boost Buddies, these dang ghosts are so annoying.  You should wait for the ghosts to go up, then come down before starting to jump through the gaps.  That's really all I can say, you just need a feel for the level and in a sense memorize when to go through past the ghosts.  I've just choked so many runs to this level, whether it be All Levels or Set 3 runs, so practice it and hopefully it won't give you too much trouble.
