This is a new rule change for Every Run in Every Category!
From now on, All submitted runs MUST include Milliseconds to make comparing times Easier for everyone comparing times and to easily tell who would get a better run on certain segments of a run! This rule change will be present in every Category and Level's Rules so be sure to look over the rules again before running!
How to do this is go to Livesplit and click edit layout, go to splits/sub-splits, scroll down to the "Split Times" Column and look for "Accuracy" Click Hundredths.
After this Rule Change, Any Submitted run without Hundredths enabled will be DENIED!
