Hi ! Based on the official BradyGames guide for BS, but playing on EU version of the game, I can't beat their 3rd save time, even when I rush strait, I have about 6 minutes more than their time.
My idea is that ingame time is stopped during cutscenes in US version but not in EU version.
I'll try this on emulator in the next days and share my results here ;).

Anyway, I'm going to take a look at this and maybe create a new categorie. And indeed time stops during cut-scenes at least for PAL version. I'll be back on you soon, need to catch up on what you did, I hope you did a video !
Erf... I'd just played US version, and still unable to beat 15 minutes, when the Brady Guide says 10.. Time is still running during cutscene, on US version too. Maybe an error on the guide ;).
I think the guide is good, but less than your website. Their time at 3rd save is about 10 minutes, but I can't make better than 15, it's about 5 minutes over their time. I think the guide "want to say" 16 instead of 10.
When you say "3rd save" you mean like the third save machine ? The one in the "HQ brain area", next to Janine ? Now I think I understand why you were thinking that time stoped for them but not for you. Maybe you're right, it's just a typo. I can give it a try if you want, I have PAL and JAP version, just tell me where to save (next to Janine, right ?) and I'll tell you how long it took me.
