Are bluestacks or other android emulators allowed?

Im gonna have to say no, mobile and emulator have way different controls and emulator would more than likely have an advantage. Bart Bonte usually releases a web version of his game a few months after release, so if you want to play on a computer, you can run the web version when it comes out. Good question though!

I guess emu is fine? If its a disadvantage not sure why you would want to run on it though.
