Put into your game folder, run it, and have it extract there. Click "Yes to All" when asking to overwrite.

Put it into the installation folder of the unmodified beta, and run it. Click "Yes to All" when asked to overwrite things.

A fix for my stupidity. Put this into your levels/lev5 folder for all Rebuilt versions lower than 1.1.
