PC version of the game is out already, its still set to 31st on here. Thought id drop a messege about it!
Should be fixed now. Still trying to figure out how to remove the Prerelease tag, might have to contact support about it.

It is a sad, sad day in the Baldur's Gate 3 sex speedrunning community. Due to Patch 4 significantly changing Lae'zel's romance requirements, any runs performed on Patch 4 and above will never* be able to beat runs performed before the patch. As a result, the category is now split into two
