I decided to just do this run out of spite since its free. I think the strat i used with the blue rocket could be literally the only noteworthy thing about running this level...

as a note: i know my bitrate's kinda low here (i set it to 2200 once and forgot abt it). it shouldve been at around 3500.

yeah i see why nobody has ran WPF-IX yet.
