Something I have noticed while playing this game for the last 13 years, is that each level is different. Not in the sense of the puzzle, but in the sense of the combinations. Take level 8 and 9 for example, there are 2-3 different ways those levels can be beat. Some of the combinations can be quicker than others if you have the skill set for it. The key to being able to quickly speed run this game is keeping in mind the frame amount for each movement, but also the combination and skill. I've spent a lot of time doing research on b-cubed and some combinations are faster than others and work better in a complete game set. Find the fastest combo, get the speed and accuracy, and you're set.
In doing those things you can learn what combination can get you the fastest time. Research, watch videos, figure out how quickly can that level be beat. Combine every single level together. Practice those combos over and over and over til your wrist cramps and muscles have memorized it. Once you've done that, you can't be beat.
I have now deleted the any% category for ILs. They take no skill to get and are very easily to replicate, therefore leaving no competition. The glitch is still banned for the Level Finished category. The Any% full game category will still hold.
TL;DR: Any% in ILs is incredibly dumb, so I have yee
