any% Checkpoint Warp

Quite simple strat. You never use any Checkpoints and get the Adress-Disruptor 2 (Upgrade) as fast as possible.
As you collect it, you quit out and continue again so it will respawn you in ERIBU again so you can go to UKKIN-NA instantly without fighting GIR-TAB and without collecting the Grapling-Hook.

This is a consistent strategy for Gir-Tab in Axiom Verge. Git-Tab can seem a bit random when you fight him but he actually responds to what you are doing.

The basic idea with this strategy is to wait for him to sit down, then jump over to his back leg, fire once, wait a moment, then spam until he is about to finish his flamethrower. Then you wait until Gir-Tab sits down again. If done correctly, you should only have to take two hits and be able to defeat Gir-Tab every run.

Ukhu one-shot

To defeat Ukhu really quick and simple, there's a neat strat for that.
As the fight starts, head to Ukhu and stay at a certain distance so it will attack but won't hit you.
After 3 Attacks, it will spawn 3 Minion-Enemies which you have to Glitch with the Adress Disruptor.

As soon as they are all glitched, you wait for another attack of Ukhu so it opens it's mouth so you can damage it.
Right as it's open, shoot the glitched enemies to make them explode.
If Ukhu is getting hit by all three, it'll get damaged throught the explosion and dies instantly.
