Random tips I have found:

stand at one spawn and aim at a second, as bloons spawn at first spawn you hit them quickly, any extra darts can hit the second spawn

As waves get harder once spawn camp is ineffective circle balloons near tree, this lowers the need for camo detection (all bloons are in one spot) and speeds up popping.
