General:

• I recommend playing through all of Arcade 100% before doing any runs or even seeing any footage of Arcade mode. If you're here, you've either already seen footage, or you've already played through the game, but I thought I'd mention it.

• Use either the WiiU or Switch versions of the game when applicable. Touchscreen controls are the fastest way to play. You could also do it one 3DS, but I found the physics to be oddly inconsistent on that version.

• Running World A ILs on the Wii version is an awful idea as you get stuck with a mandatory 28 second tutorial on 1.1.

• If you're planning on doing full game runs, and not just ILs, have two profiles: one for your completed save, and one to reset the file on for new full game runs.

• I put the device (Gamepad or Switch) in my lap and hold the left side so I can easily hit the L button, and control pieces with my right pointer. If I need to rotate with R, I do it with my right pinky. It sounds awkward but I came up with it on the fly.

• Memorising solutions is rough for me, so I recommend playing Tower Tumble with some friends so you can grow a mental basis of how the game feels or functions and be able to come up with solutions on the fly.

World A Any%:

• Take the topmost path straight across from 1.1 to the green level, only deviating out of the path to do the orange levels in 2.x.

• Remember game logic: if you don't take this route and you're not on a new file, remember to do levels that you would only have unlocked if you were doing a new file. 1.1, 2.1, and 3.2 are mandatory because of this.

Full Game Any%:

• I don't actually have a confirmed route for this. Keep that in mind.

• I only finished worlds A and E 100%, but I did clear at least one level in every world. 1.1s are worth grabbing.

• I took the bottommost route in H to get to the green level. I don't know if that's the best.

• On some versions, you do not have to go into a menu to switch worlds. On level select, just press R to go to the next one.
