hello, I just started setting up LiveSplit for Arkham Asylum today and it doesn't work. I downloaded Auto splitting and it still starts timer right after I can move (not the first fighting scene but when I walk next to the Joker) and when I pause or leave game it doesn't stop the timer. Please help
Working as intended. It is supposed to start at the beginning of the intro walk, since if you were doing the intro walk in an Any% or 100% run (nobody does that anymore, but still) you'd still be able to use the auto start. It will also auto start at the first fight. When you get to the first fight, create a backup of your save file and just use that when you want to start runs, so you don't have to do the walk every time.
The timer isn't supposed to stop or pause at any point, because we use real time for these games. Not sure what gave you the impression it was supposed to do that.
Moving forward we will be implementing a blacklist for users who violate the rules, people on this list will not be allowed to submit runs to our leaderboards. Anyone on the list will be contacted and be made aware of that, otherwise the list will remain anonymous. We won't retroactively delete runs
