Re-timed to 23:19.9 to remove the Big 20 timing before player control.

Extremely glad I managed to get a deathless PB in this in the very last run I was going to do of this. Yet another insane PB that happened during the Big 20 race itself! If only I didn't hit Minigame C 6 out of 8 times. Could've maybe barely sneaked past sub-23, but oh well! :P
