I see all levels speedruns on YouTube. Will there be a category for this?

Hello! There is already a category called 'Main Campaign Solo' or 'Main Campaign Co-op'. These cover the 5 original levels that the game released with: Skid Row, Chinatown, Quarantine Center, Union Tower, and Relay Tower. We don't have plans to add an "all levels" category at this time, but the Main Campaign category is there for those who wish to run it.
