Transitioning yourself or an item to a screen in an unintended way, such as going through the wall in the trophy room to warp back to the castle.

Starting soon after new years, all runs will be retimed. Many runs from the past have been timed incorrectly leading to a lot of leaderboard inaccuracies, even at the top level.
