Route
Start a new game
Name yourself and your town, select the second option when where you want to live list appears
Introduce yourself before doing chores so you can left you a dialogue
When you introduce yourself to the villagers go to your house and exit 
Talk with nook spammin a and b at the same time to faster dialoge
Go to nooks, change your shirt to the uniform, talk again and exit when you finish talking nook
Go to the town hall and talk with tortimer next to the ad poster 
Do the chore of planting the seeds
Go to nooks, a furniture chore you need to do.
Finish the chore and go to nooks and you need to do LHG in the town hall:
,stay on the red mat,set the letter to the correct sender, then quit out of the editor and place it in the last letter slot.
Delete the 3 characters after the animal's name
Put 4 spaces after the animal's name
Put 4 spaces before the animal's name
Put your cursor before the 4 spaces in front of the animal's name and then spam a character until the animal's name disappears
Move your cursor as far to the right as it'll go, it should go off screen at least partially
Now just press and hold a character until you hear the bell sound
Bank the majority of the bells. If you don't, the next time you spend any, it'll drop it to 200,000 max
trash THE SHIT ON the trash 
Finish the next chore, is a carpet chore
The next chore is the same villager as the letter chore, is a watering can chore
Ad poster chore
Finish your chores going to nooks

Go to town hall and take 1 584 999 bells from the bank, pay the first debt(14800)
Go to nooks and upgrade your house, save and quit
Change the date to the next month
Talk to nook, renter nooks,go to town hall and pay the second debt (120 000)
Go to nooks and upgrade your house, save and quit
Change the date to the next month
Talk to nook, go to town hall and pay the third debt (298 000)
Go to nooks and upgrade your house, save and quit
Change the date to the next month
Talk to nook, go to town hall and pay the Fourth debt(598 000)
Take 1 035 400 from bank 
Go to nooks and upgrade your house, save and quit
Change the date to the next month
Talk to nook, go to town hall and pay the fifht debt(728 000)
Go to nooks and upgrade your house, save and quit
Change the date to the next month
Talk to nook, go to town hall and pay the Sixth debt(848 000)
Take 848 000 from the bank
Go to nooks and upgrade your house, save and quit
Change the date to the next month
Talk to nook, go to town hall and pay the FINAL DEBT (948 000)

Golden Rod Route

1. Create world using anytime and complete Nook chores
2. Buy rod from Nook
3. Save and change time to September 1st at 4am
4. Catch all fish under label "September Fish" in order of River, Ocean, Holding Pond, Pond, Waterfall
5. Save and change time to December 1st at 4am
6. Catch all fish under label "December Fish" in order of River, Ocean, Pond
7. save and change time to August 1st at 4 am
8. Catch all fish under label "August Fish" in order of River, Ocean, Holding Pond, and Pond
9. Save and change time to April 2nd at 4am
10. Catch all fish under label "April Fish" in order of River, Ocean
11. Time ends when Tortimer hands you golden rod

Edit: based on the pure rng of the run, changing times will vary as some fish are only available at certain times of the day. The fish list has the times the fish need to be caught so the time travel parts of the route will vary heavily. Also, I apologize for any spelling errors I made the giant wall of text that is the fish list is a little hard to find all the errors.

Kiosk Demo- First Debt Route

Animal Crossing: Wild World (Kiosk Demo) - First Debt Route

-Majority of the run is mashing through text. The most efficient way to do so is to mash A and B
-When talking to Pelly, the first response can be either response but the second response (two text boxes after she shows you the town map) must be the second option.
-After leaving the Town Hall, for a second go down left diagonally then go straight left. This should prevent you from running into the bulletin board. 
-Enter your house and exit right away, mash through Nook text and then head straight down. You will pass a tree doing downward, angle yourself diagonally behind it as it is parallel to the gap between Nook's shop and the Able Sisters. 
-Head into Nook's shop and mash through his text. He will send you to plant saplings and flowers as your only chore after you change. 
-Run down just enough to be able to plant everything. Then equip your shovel and head back inside.
-Talk to Nook and mash through the text. You will be done chores. This can be done sub 3 minutes for reference. 
-Head right back into Nook's shop and sell the 4 items in the top row of your inventory.
-Now you want to go to the money rock. Here is a map of the town with the money rock shown in red: http://i.imgur.com/tdTKd8c.jpg
-Position holes with your shovel to allow you to hit the money rock 8 times.
-Grab the bells and head back to town hall. Pay the morgage and head outside, you will have completed your First Debt!
