This can be a hard boss if you dont know how to consistently hit him but there is an easy solution: Just move every time after firing the railgun and every hit should connect.

Skip knocking out the boss and instead go straight to turning the valve. Sometimes Mech will fire machine guns more often than his rockets which is RNG.

If you want to go safe with your hp then turn the valve halfway and then knock out the boss. Remember that you need hp for the next level.

Text Skip

Text advances by holding down the x button and then pressing x twice at the end of the dialogue. Sometimes random textboxes can be skipped by pressing triangle (the game will ask if you want to quit the game) and then pressing x again to get back into the game.

This saves about 2s on Boss Dialogue and 0.5-1s on random dialogue.
