Time is based on in-game timer, time between levels is not counted (full runs - all individual times added up) please add them up or timestamp the end of each level so it can be counted and verified by moderator

after a rebirth, you can choose any character upgrade at the start of the run. This option is available at option screen. I guess it should be ok. Sorry for stupid question I am totally new in speedrunning

For the current any% I would say that anything goes. If there much requests for it in the future we could ask to add more restricted categories.
