Categories for individual levels and for collecting all 24 cookies or only necessary 18 (any% 100%)

Co-op too would be nice if possible.

I'm definitely open to adding both 100% runs and co-op runs. I will try to add them this weekend, but in the meantime feel free to do runs! Also, if there is a big enough demand for IL runs, those can be added as well.
