Not101% Toppin Route

- In Crust Cove, skip the sausage (4th) toppin.
- In Pig City, do all achievements and exit level, skipping 5 toppins.
- In Peppibot Factory, skip the cheese (2nd) toppin.
- In Oh Shit!, skip the tomato (3rd) and sausage (4th) toppins.
- If you missed sausage skip in Oh Shit!, as a backup route, skip the tomato (3rd) toppin in Don't Make a Sound.
Tweaks to NG+ and All Pumpkins timing
Due to NG+ and All Pumpkins not requiring the use of a fresh save file, these categories have used Real Time since the file's save timer would already be halfway. We're going with a slightly better approach for each of these categories:
