Why do we base the times off of RTA and not IGT?
Correct me if im wrong, but we base timings mainly off of RTA correct? Isnt that a little unfair since wii usually has slightly longer loading times? I tested loading times on the wii vs a world record speedrun on wii u and its like 1 second faster on wii u. Shouldnt it be based off of IGT to make it not unfair?
Not all the runs are retimed as IGT yet. There's a few dozen 32-track runs remaning.
New upload rules
Twitch has recently announced that effective April 19, 2025, they will be imposing a 100-hour storage limit on Uploads and Highlights, and if surpassed, Twitch will automatically remove highlights/uploads to stay under the limit.
