Would this disqualify the run for the "glitchless" category?

might be kind of covered by the "Abusing game mechanics to ragdoll and skip significant portions of the game is not allowed. (i.e. jump pad ragdolling)" rule but it seems like its not ragdolling until after it bounces. Ive had a bunch of these weird hyper bounces but have yet to figure out exactly how to reproduce them. Do you have any idea what causes this? is it some weird displacement of the character model or something?

No idea. I've had it happen loads of times completely by accident. This is the only time it has happened in a run and was useful so that's why I'm thinking it may be "abusing" the mechanic. It typically happens from falling from a high height and not grabbing but it really is random at times. This time I think I had a lot of momentum going into the edge curve of the wood and that caused it but not exactly sure

Just to be clear, it was NOT intentional. I did the typical top grab on the booster before but didn't have enough power so I thought I could hit the ramp and go right because rarely that can work out but then it ragdolled.

You can make this happen intentionally by grabbing on the same frame as you unragdoll -- since it's pretty exclusively a ragdoll physics bug and pretty random I dont think it should be allowed for the mainline category but as a one off unintentional execution I can excuse it.
