The wr for tutorial has been improved a lot and it gets beaten by only a few frames at a time. But we are still not at the limit. The theoretical fastest run possible based on the current wr and the ILs is 20.266. This also includes loading times which I found to be exactly a second and a frame. However, in the current wr (my run specifically) levels 1, 2, and 4 each have a frame lost. This is due to loading times being longer, to my knowledge its just pure luck. If we get enough runs in at wr pace. We can fully max out tutorial (or just do ILs to lower the max and prove me wrong)
