Kenpachi, Patch 1.10
Tried out some new characters today (with some advice from Purp_Ice) and landed on Kenpachi as a safe-ish damage dealer with a 6-stock ulti. This is the best time I got in 2 hours of trying, could probably go down below 9 minutes with enough luck.
