To get Error%, you must go to savestate 7. Once you're in savestate 7, turn to the left, away from the light at the end of the hallway. You should come across some rocks blocking the path. You need to go around this rock and to the right to find the error that you need to complete the run. When you talk to the error, you will have completed the run.
