For consistency in timing, I've clarified the rules such that start begins when "Play" or "OK" is pressed, depending on the version. This was already universal I believe.

For the ending time, I've clarified that the timer stops when the "100% curtain" touches the ground for the first time (ignoring the bounce). This seems to be applicable to all known versions of the game.

The most recently submitted times have been adjusted to this standard. Older submissions may need to be retimed, but as it stands, nobody has had their placing (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) changed as a result. Most older submissions were already close to this standard, so discrepancies are likely to be within 1-2 seconds.
