I have yet to verify this run, because at the beginning, even though his microphone is on, it doesn't sound like he's pressing keys, so he could be using a macro for just the starts? I'd like to see another mod give their thoughts on this though

It sounds to me like he's just using the glitch.

What glitch?

There's an exploit where you can make the game repeatedly execute multiple inputs by holding down the directional keys on your keyboard at the same time and then clicking the new game button. That's how all of the ridiculously fast times for the misc categories have come up.
