Mesen 0.9.9

Two things had been bothering me about my previous PB:

1. I never pulled off the full script (I seemed to have bad notes or otherwise screw up and have to improv for some reason in the last level or two)
2. I technically had another tiny PB that I lost the video for and never uploaded

So I finally double-checked the inputs from the WR, took new notes, and pulled off the fully scripted run today. I did it very slowly and carefully, but it's still a PB! Good enough for me!
