You grind to level 20 in the first mission and after you do that you transfer your gear from another character to that character then you do the run.

New Game+ is you grind to Level 20 in homecoming transfer over gear then restart homecoming then do the run

I guess your right when you put it like that, maybe make it say in brackets beside things "Only Applies to New Game" so new runners dont get confused?

Flesh then make it New Game and New Game+ with sub categorys as fireteam duo and solo then reupload the runs

and dont forget to make it drm free

you also updated the New Game+ rules, make sure to make those the regular New Game+ stuff

While it is making the game slower is restricting you as a challenge. No Sparrow Restricts you from your sparrow making it more challenging. Is most cases low% is made to restrict you from power ups and upgrades. For an example in Hyper Light Drifter Low% you may not purchase any upgrades and pick up other weapons which Restricts you to Basic Moment and attacks. For Destiny Low% my idea would be: No Subclass upgrades and no buying Weapons, gear .ect from the tower. Would all other. And also it wouldnt be just so "I could get a record" this game has over 400 different runners that could try for the record.

That wouldnt make much sense in a low% run... I was looking at New Super Mario Bros 2 Low% Rules and it has a rule where you cant buy anything, so maybe in this run you can only use Quest Items and RNG Dropped items?

The thing with weapons is you get them randomly and you cannot proceed through the game at a good pace without decent weapons but i might agree with a different restriction
