The PC version is much more accessible, and it is overall a more enjoyable experience to play compared to Dreamcast. I definitely recommend that you run the PC version, but it's ultimately up to you. If you end up running on PC, feel free to hit me up with any questions you might have.
Just to clarify for any future readers of this post, the guideline is that when you press a button it should only do one action. What aaron was asking about is a method that some runners have adopted, including myself, where you change the function of a button mid run which is not banned. This allows you to use the same two buttons for quickspraying regardless of which character you are using. Each input is still 1 input to 1 action.
If you are interested in using this method of quickspraying, but have questions or concerns regarding it you can message me on discord or twitch.
I don't run N++ yet I just decided to follow and I saw this post. In every other game a splits overlay isn't necessary because all that matters is how fast you completed the run and I assume it's not any different in this community. So, recording without splits should be ok :)
