I have submitted a run before hand where the only pausing was between zone warps in outbreak but none of the other cutscenes loadscreens. Timer starts boots on ground, stops when flash to white/lose control of character. Only acception is in Forsaken where once he is beat, time stops. the time doesnt matter post sam flying into the portal in his stomach. Hope that clarifies a little
