HOW IN THE WORLD HD GUI IS AFFECTING A RUN.BECAUSE I JUST GOT MY RUN REGECTED

Hi I'm trying speedrunning sadx but i am scared that my run would be scrapped because of one or two mods installed during the run. So here the mods i am playing with:

HD GUI 2

SADX Style Water

Sound Overhaul

Dreamcast characters pack

Onion skin blur

I think these only affect graphics and audio in the run, so please,please,pretty please, someone give me an answer. Thanks:D
