Would an emulator run be acceptable? For example on a raspberry pi with a ps4 style game controller? Would a MAME arcade cabinet with arcade controls be acceptable?

Can you use USB loader GX for this game? I have the original game, its just easier than swapping discs every time. I noticed 1st was done on an emulator too.
