yeah i agree i just try to imagine the distance of the arms to get close as possible. Its really hard for me too. i think there is a way to kill them but its really a dream at that point pls dont get a stroke. Also do some squats for circulation, hydration, all that stuff works too. Prolonged sitting is bad
