this helps a lot thanks man al be sure to practice it there's a few places i need to practice mainly avoiding zombies and the lickers in a few places going in to caution and having to pick up green herbs is slowing me down more then any thing lol also you wouldn't happen to know how to get passed the 3 zombies with out getting bit after the cutscene of them busting open the gate at the basketball court? i have seen it done but for the life of me i can't get it to work but thanks again

Hello everyone. I have seen some runner's go past the 3 zombies that bust open the gate without being bit and also have seen some that can move during the cutscene of the gate being busted open. I did see a forum post about moving during the cutscene some thing about pressing a button at the right time?. If anyone could help me understand how this works i would much appreciate it thanks.

Hey hope i made a video on the loading times between Ps2 and Xbox here's the link but there's roughly 6 to 7 sec difference the Xbox and Ps2 am using are the best i could get my hands on Ps2 in scph-90000 and Xbox in v1.6

Thank you for the welcome and thanks you so much for the info. Al have to watch some runners (PC/CONSOLE) and practice the steps to get used to popping through the gap and how to climb the stairs in the correct position as it was. Plant42 is a real pain in back side with the knife lol. Tho i have managed to kill it with out being hit on 2 occasions during my practice so there is hope there. Hi every body am pretty new to running RE 1 was hoping some one could help me in a few places. 1st is the shed where you get the crank how do you push the stairs just one push and pop through the gap at the bottom of the stairs?. So you can start pushing the stairs to the shelf faster. secondly is plant42 i have seen many runners run around to the back of the plant and are able to knife it without being hit however when i try it 95% of the time i get hit lol. If some one can help me out with this would much appreciate it thank you

hi everyone ad just like to say having play def jam on all 3 consoles the xbox is superior in terms of loading times. but as hax said with the board split there's not much competition the life blood of speedrunning but so is fair and balanced rules and if we have one board then any one not on xbox or emu is going to be at a disadvantage. so in summary i don't know what to suggest.
