I'm okay with burdens being disallowed

I would be pretty surprised if any amount of people start seriously running apex predator

I think burdens should probably be allowed since they aren't that game changing and without them runs might be a lot longer.

I feel like removing burdens would make even less people want to run it.

It feels like there should be a category without perks, as they kind of gatekeep these speedruns behind actually unlocking everything. Gameplay with perks is also vastly different than without them considering the high agility, and joke rifle perks.

if an item from the gourmand item pool would hypothetically save time, would that not make the whole run extremely luck based considering the low chances of getting useful items?

any idea if my Strat in the room with the 3 target things is faster?
