Is there a known consistent way to get the Donkey Merchant before Kakariko?

I was wondering the difference between digital and physical in Great Plateau Any%.

Get all three sets of barbarian armor as fast as possible.

I was wondering how to windbomb off of the Great Plateau Tower but there are no guides that I could find to help me. Does anyone here know?
