Since reverting to patch 1.27 (tried both methods) there seems to be big lagspikes in the prologue, after starting to drive with Franklin there isn't any issue like this anymore.

I have updated my drivers, tried lowering settings, changing drx version and restarting pc

Using: Windows 10 Gtx 1070 Ryzen 7 1700 16gb ram if you need any other information feel free to ask

I've posted this in #tech-support in discord but nobody seemed to be able to help there.
