I am trying to change the custom trophy icons, I added each icon and saved, but the old icons still show up on the leaderboard. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm trying to make splits for some games, and when I click on the game the Run Category section doesn't update (ex. Super Mario Sunshine doesn't show Any%, All Episodes, 79 Shines, etc. and only shows the default Any%, Low%, and 100%), is there a way to fix this?
