Do we stick with the original 21 tracks that were used in all track runs or do we need to now use Imola and Portugal since they have been added?

For story mode mini games is pause buffering allowed e.g pausing and unpausing in Metro Goal Kick to predict where the robot with the ball will be?

Just a general inquiry, is one allowed to play an SNES or NES game on the Nintendo Switch as they have emulators for the device and have it be valid or is this banned?
