New category idea: Time Attack (challenges) RTA.

All time attack challenges (done from a complete file with all of them already unlocked)

Timing starts when you click start on the first time attack, timing ends when you touch the flagpole on the last time attack

i like this category bc the wr is beatable and it still can use a alot more optimizations

pretty sure runs have to audio on during every stage of the game but best to check it with the mods in the discord
