The strat is used for RSGP but it honestly doesn't look like a possible wr strat for RSG, requires an insane amount of luck and doesn't actually save time compared to regular strats which can technically get sub 20

It's not required to stream any attempts, it can play in your favor if you get a really good run so people can see that you've been grinding for a while on stream and you don't come from nowhere, but you can get off stream runs accepted as well, in both cases, I would recommend taking a look at this : https://www.speedrun.com/mc/thread/gim6z

Optifine is allowed for every version prior to 1.16, so you're good, also if you're planning on running RSG I'd recommend 1.7.2 instead of 1.8.8, pretty much the same game mechanics and strats but the endermen are easier to kill

1.16 could be much faster due to the possibility to raid bastions and ruined portals for gold blocks, but 1.14 igloos would be much more consistent due to glitched infinite restocks

1476 emeralds is basically 6000 wooden logs, that's not really reasonable, the only reasonable way to do this would be to get a librarian in an igloo, because in 1.14 you can trade infinitely with it (buy bookshelves for 1 emerald then break it and sell the books for 1 emerald each) that requires no running and close to no ressources other than crafting a bunch of axes, and takes roughly 2 hours

It's literally just using a game mechanic. It's meant to explode in the nether and the end, from 1.0 you were free to do whatever you want with that

If you're doing minechunk RS I'd recommend playing 1.12.2 then, your dupes should be much more consistent as long as you're doing it well (aka not forgetting to save and quit before you drop and force quit)

Duping is very inconsistent, especially in 1.16 where I have a lot of troubles with it. Have you made sure your render distance was set at 32 while trying it tho?

All Versions 1.8 means you play every version from 1.0 to 1.8, and All Versions 1.16 mean that you play every version from 1.0 to 1.16, unfortunately there's no category for 1.9 to 1.16

You can actually do All Advancements speedruns in several segments, as long as you're able to provide the full footage, and set up and ingame timer so you know exactly how much time you've spent in that world

Depends of the category, some like "obtain item" start on first input, but for categories that depend of day / night cycle like any% the run starts on world load
