McOsu semi-recently added a pseudo player profile feature which allows you to quasi-make a new osu! account without breaking the rules. This can be used to Speedrun PP Milestones (such as 1kPP%,2kPP%,3kPP% etc.). Policing this would be tricky because of McOsu's featureset ,i.e. allowing you to change all of the map's variables as well as counting unranked maps towards the PP count, as well as not having a ranked status display in the top left. People are already running these or similar categories but they aren't aggregated and this would be the best place to do so.
